Mildred is the Founder of Corporate Missionary International, a consultancy dedicated to executive coaching and image consulting. With over two decades of international experience across the Asia-Pacific region, she has partnered with leaders, professionals and emerging talent to gain clarity, unlock potential and create meaningful, lasting impact.
Her career reflects a rare and powerful intersection of disciplines. Beginning in a top legal firm and strengthened by an MBA, Mildred went on to build expertise in business strategy and organisational development consulting; and executive search. She has advised clients, led and managed transformative change initiatives and placed senior executives across diverse industries, functions and cultures. Complemented by her training in psychology (organisational and human development), her work is grounded in both strategic rigor; and a profound understanding of human potential.
Over the years, Mildred recognised a deeper pattern in her work: beyond career advancement, individuals were searching for identity, direction and purpose. They wanted not just success, but meaning and fulfilment - and the ability to live and lead authentically. This insight became the foundation for Corporate Missionary International.
